When we show up to your youth organization we don’t simply come with just a camera and order forms. We bring the show by setting up a full team and individual photo shoot area including tents, a flagged-off area and a cashier station. With this setup, we are sure that your teams will be treated with the most professional photo process and will be in and out quickly!

Dual Photo Stations
Our goal is to provide you with the best individual photos that you have ever had! To do this we have incorporated studio lighting and custom backgrounds inside our new dual-bay photo stations! These tents ensure that each child gets the attention they deserve and also make photo day move quickly so that you get the best possible photo day experience.
With the controlled lighting, you will no longer get squinting eyes, wind-blown hair and over/under-exposed photos ever again!

We want to give your parents the best experience possible when it comes to placing and paying for their orders on photo day! Our cashier is available for questions. We will display as many products as possible. Paper order forms are available on day of.
Keep in mind any type of PRE-PAY is auto filled by the photographer. We will pick the best photo we see fit for your order. If you would like to fill your order wait until your gallery is published and you are in full control
Multi Poses
Unlike other photography companies who offer one image, we want to give more. My goal is to offer 2-3 poses per child; sometimes it’s less, sometimes it is more. I do this because I want to capture personality and it takes more than one shot.

Our Photo Day Process!
Schedule
We begin with scheduling your photo day dates and times!
Order Forms
Paper order forms are only available on Photoday. We will send out a prepay link 1-2 weeks prior to picture day. When your gallery is published VIEW FIRST ordering is then turned on.
15 Min Arrival
We ask that everyone arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled to to ensure everyone is there when it is time to start taking photos.
Delivery
You have the option to pay for shipping, delivered to you or you may pick up at our Bay Street Studio
location.
